NOTE: These Cams "Time Out" at Five Minutes, so Refresh Rate is set at four minutes, 15 seconds. Cam 1 seems rarely connected. Also, the "frame rate" is considerably slower than regular streaming media, the cam is set at a slower rate causing the images to jump in what I describe in a "claymation" motion. This appears to be normal for these cams. |
